EDOC at a glance

The EDOC system contains analyses and tools that make it possible to give measurable answers to many of the questions that your or your organisation have to face. You get access to the EDOC system through an annual subscription that gives you unlimited access to all the tools included in your subscription.

The EDOC system does not require any software to be installed. All you need is an internet connection. The system includes functions such as planning, follow-ups, reporting, report print-outs and much more.

To get started, register for a system and certification course where you learn to use the EDOC system’s different functions and to use and give feedback using the tools that you have access to. When you have completed this certification course you will receive a personal login to the EDOC system and can start using the analyses and tools in your work.

The EDOC system - When and how to use it

 

The Thermometer Climate evaluates the temperature of the business climate. A good working climate and satisfied customers are essential for success, from the point of view of both profitability and health. The Thermometer is a study that is used to measure the internal climate of a company, division or team.

 

The Thermometer Communication study is easy to use and flexible for those who want answers that are easy to interpret. A communicative manager finds out what his or her group, department or company thinks of his or her as well as the companies way of communicating.

 

The Team Evaluator measures key qualities for a successful team, such as common goals, trust, leadership and feedback. It measures which qualities the team as a whole sees as important, as well as how well the team believes it performs in terms of these qualities. It also provides the team leader with valuable information when it comes to coaching the team to success.

 

The Snapshot is a good way to find out what an organization thinks about you and your company’s goods and services. Snapshot is a dynamic survey engine in which you can create and add your own categories and questions. You can choose different responses, yes/no, free text, grade, single choice and multiple choice, etc. You can also steer the survey according to conditions, i.e. you can ask relevant follow-on questions depending on how the respondent answers a particular question.


The Puzzle DISC is a behaviour style analysis used in many situations in which people’s differences are significant, e.g. in recruitment, group development, leader development, sales development and communication. People’s behaviour styles differ. Knowing and understanding each other’s behaviour style creates a more open corporate climate. The Puzzle DISC is a tool that provides increased self-insight and facilitates communication.

 

The Driving Forces is an analytical tool used to find out what motivates different people in their work. We are steered by our personal attitudes, interests, goals and preferences. The Driving forces is a useful tool in many situations in which people’s differences are significant, e.g. in recruitment, group development, leadership and sales development and communication. The result highlights the individual’s strong and weak motivation factors. The Driving forces is a very useful complement to the Puzzle DISC.

 

The Boomerang is a 360° analysis (a multi-rater assessment), in which you value your own actions in various work-related situations. The Boomerang is an effective feedback tool and is used as a basis for personal development, planning and coaching. The analysis can also be used as the basis for reflections on this, and it provides valuable information on what may need to be changed.

 

The Profile Builder recruitment tool allows us to set a number of parameters that are relevant for each role and vacant position.
